Spicy Thai Smoothie

1.5 cup fresh pineapple
1 banana
1 lime juiced
2 pieces of fresh coconut
2 small slices of ginger
Hand full of spinach
1 tsp lemongrass powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2T raw agave
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt 
Almond milk
Spicy Thai Smoothie
Add all of these ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. You can replace fresh coconut and almond milk with thick coconut milk.
