Jamaican Punch

Jamaican Punch Armadillo Punch
This punch is an adaptation from Texas Roadhouse's Armadillo Punch.
It's quick and easy to make and only requires a few ingredients and can be made with or without alcohol.

4 oz simple syrup
2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups orange juice
1 cup cranberry juice
1/3 oz of coconut extract OR 4 oz Malibu Coconut Rum 

Jamaican Punch Armadillo Punch

Simple Syrup
1 cup water
1 cup sugar

Boil water and sugar together until well combined

For the non-alcoholic version of this punch, use coconut extract for the coconut flavor.
For the boozy version, use the Malibu Coconut Rum or regular rum with the coconut extract.

Measure all of your ingredients into a gallon jug or 2 liter bottle and shake well until foamy
Serve over ice in a poco grande glass
